Ancre Hill Vineyard’s delicious Red Pet Nat has been a firm favourite on the English wine scene for some time now so we are pumped to be one of the first to get our hands on their brand-new Pink Pet Nat.

This natural Pet Nat is made by bottling the wine when it’s around 90% fermented, with the final 10% of the fermentation in bottle resulting in beautiful soft creamy bubbles. The wines made via the Entr’acte Intermission method meaning that previous vintage wine (in this case Triomphe) is blended with brand new vintage wine (2023 Chardonnay) – all from their own estate in Monmouthshire.

Refreshing citrus notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, notes of quince and rose petal, stone fruit. Fresh lingering palate with a fine mousse on the finish.
