This excellent-value rosato comes from the Abruzzo region of central Italy where the gentle Adriatic breezes play their part in forming a favourably mild climate of plentiful sunshine and consistent rainfall. A blend of nearly equal parts Sangiovese and Montepulciano, look for delightful cherry and raspberry flavours. Great with grilled meats and salads.
A clear cherry-red in colour. Scents of raspberries, pomegranate and apple. On the palate, refreshing and crisp with a hint of sweetness. Creamy in texture with great acidity.
