Brand new wine for 2023 and Fleur s first collab with Greek winemakers, Kamara Winery. A delicious blend of direct pressed Malagousia (80%) and blanc de noir of Xinomavro (20%). This is deliberately made as a white, fine yet velvety on the palate thanks to the roundness of Xinomavro. Finished in tank and bottled fully sans soufre. Clean as a whistle, one of our favourites to date really.
With her wine-making project Vins et Volailles , she takes over and renames the family business, a poultry specialist farm based in the Dordogne, and started co-producing and distributing limited editions of incredible and unique natural wines. Each Wine and label is designed by Justine, and they use the opportunity to call out the overly patriarchal and misogynistic attitude of the wine industry and society at large.
