Tillingham, PN18 Discount

Rosé pink (slightly orange now with ageing) with some natural sediment, the PN18 has aromas of hedgerow fruits and rhubarb, with a cream soda and autolysic nose. Crisp acidity and a persistent mousse mean the wine is refreshing, fruit-forward and easy to drink. The fruit has been largely destemmed, crushed and macerated, some of which was then fermented on skins. It features 100% indigenous yeast fermented at ambient temperatures, with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.
